Eldener Decline in Freight Provides Advantage for Importers!

Emre Eldener, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, evaluated current economic developments in Bloomberg HT 60 Minutes program. Eldener stated that the decreases in freight provide advantages for importers. However, he emphasized that it is not advantageous to order online from abroad in the current conjuncture.

Eldener stated that new opportunities are offered for exporters and e-exporters. Pointing out that airline freight costs will increase in the November-December period, Eldener also emphasized the significant delays on the China-Kazakhstan line.
