Air Import Operation Specialist

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In order to evaluate air cargo import loading requests from customers and agencies and to ensure the pricing and operation of the shipments;

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To be in contact with airline companies to create favorable price alternatives,
• Responding to quotation requests from customers and agencies within a short period of time
• To follow up the finalization process of the submitted offers, to identify the root cause of unfavorable offers
• Recording the offers sent to customers and agents in the Tmaxx system
• Performing the operational processes of the offers accepted by customers and agencies.
• To follow all operational processes and make Tmaxx entries for the works whose quotations are approved

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities
• Good command of English
• Minimum 2 years of air import operation experience
• Adapt to a busy work schedule and flexible working hours
• Awareness of duty and responsibility
• Developed communication skills
• Completion of military service for male candidates
