Our company is seeking experienced industrial engineers in the Logistics sector to join our team with the aim of optimizing our business processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We expect our team member to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Analyze and improve operational and sales processes to increase efficiency.
Analyze service delivery issues and customer complaints to develop solution proposals.
Conduct data analysis to manage and optimize workflow.
Ensure effective utilization of personnel and resources.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related fields from reputable universities.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or the service sector.
Knowledge and experience in operations, sales processes, and workflow management.
Preferably experienced in the Logistics sector.
Skills in data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with a predisposition for collaboration.
Project management experience.
Preferably proficient in English.
Completed military service for male candidates.
